| Summary | NESCent will hold the first annual Joint Synthesis Center Postdoctoral Symposium from April 17th-20th for postdoctoral fellows among the synthesis centers. The symposium will last three days and will include a combination of brief presentations by the postdocs on their research, professional development, and breakouts on topics chosen by the fellows. As the host institution, NESCent will provide the venue, planning, meals, transportation, the speakers for professional development and extracurricular, community building activities. We will cover the cost of travel and accommodations for postdoctoral scholars from other centers. Space is limited to 33 fellows. Registration does not imply acceptance for the symposium. Participants will be notified in January of acceptance. Please register to this symposium through the online registration form. |
